Hi I Am Umair From Lahore I Had Harmone Problem

hi i am umair from lahore i had harmone problem in my early childhood at the age of 10 to 15 i remeber i had joundas too , after that i gained too much weight , doc prescribed sme some injection now i dont remember the name of those ,now i am 29 yaers old i am feeling some symptoms of harmone imbalance like i am keeping that weight gain still and low energy level when i wakeup in the morning i am diebetic aswell, gynacomatsia slow weight loss when i workout lack of concentration i want to ask if some one had harmone problem in the past is there any possibilty that problem arise again /
