Hi I Am Using Lanseloc Ever Since I Had A

hi i am using lanseloc ever since i had a heart attack 2xears ago,the doctor told me it was due to my cholestrol level being high,so now they put me on High blood presure medication and cholestrol plus an acid tablet lanseloc which im suppose to take,i sometimes get very constipated and was just thinking if it could be one of these tabs ,i also have an underactive thyroid for which i use eltroxin .01mg tab please help,
