Hi I Been Having This Full Feeling In My Stomach

hi i been having this full feeling in my stomach for a while but then today i ate alot and i felt fuller for a minute but then after a few minutes i felt ok should i worry or am i ok and i been constipated for a while and i still have yet to got to the bath room
