Hi, I Broke Mr Right Hand And When I Went

hi, i broke mr right hand and when i went to the er on wed. every person that came in asked me if it was "safe" to send me home. i told my husband that they were required by law toask me that but he doesn't believe me. can you tell him that it is the truth?
