Hi! I Don't Have Regular Periods What Could That Mean??

hi! i don't have regular periods what could that mean?? they only come about every 2-3 months and are only 2-3 days. also i've been having a lot of sex recently and my vagina hurts and peeing is really painful in a burning kind of way. do i just have a uti or is that signs of an std????
