Hi. I Don't Know Why, But At 4am I Had

hi. i don't know why, but at 4am i had lump of blood coming out of my throat. it worries me. prior to this my gums bleed especially when i brush my teeth (which might have aggravated the bleeding). what should i do? i am 8 months pregnant hence the worry.
