Hi I Fell 12ft From A Ladder 3 Days Ago

hi i fell 12ft from a ladder 3 days ago the impact was took on my knees but i got up was mild pain in knees that was it. now my knees are swelled and bruised and i have severe back pain that hurts even without moving. is this impact from my knees damaged my back it feels more nerve pain but muscular at the same time
