Hi I Fractured My Skull Six Years Ago And Suffer

hi i fractured my skull six years ago and suffer from bad headaches my gp prescribed naproxen ,amitriptyline and betahistine for vertigo i still suffer all the symptoms after taking the medication and that's all my gp does is up my doses is there anything else i could be taking instead please
