Hi I Got 2 Wisdom Teeth Extracted From My Bottom

hi i got 2 wisdom teeth extracted from my bottom row. when they were taken out i could see the bone in the extraction site.. its been 2 days and i can still see the bone in the hole..im wondering if its normal? how long does it take for the gums to heal over the bone. I'm just scared of getting a dry socket. people say you will KNOW when / if you have a dry socket firm the pain.. but the pain just feels like reg extraction pain. what do you think. i threw up after extraction from meds..im scared i spit out the blood clots
