Hi I Got A Ct Scan Of Head On The

hi i got a ct scan of head on the 5th day of my period , planning for pregnancy this month, will the ct radiation cause harm to the ovaries and developing follicles ?? is there any risks such as secondary radiation involved in getting pregnant ?can i go ahead and plan for pregnancy this month??
