Hi I Got My Regular Periods On 15/10/2015. While Having

hi i got my regular periods on 15/10/2015. While having sex the condom broke on 23/10/2015 evening. i ha d postinor 2 on 24/10/2015 around 11 AM. My next period will be around 15/11/2015 now.but right now i had few lower abdominal cramps, legs paining, fever,dizziness. Can you please guide what exactly it can be and will i get my next period on time and do i need to go for any pregnancy test.
