Hi , I Had A Big Ball On The Back

hi , i had a big ball on the back of my earlobe , it was swollen and very sensitive. all of a sudden a scab appeared on it and a few hours later it popped . its still very sore and sensitive and alot of blonde keeps coming out . is there something wrong with it or is this a good thing ?
