Hi I Had A Hysterectomy 2 Weeks Ago. I Am

hi i had a hysterectomy 2 weeks ago. i am still bleeding with it increasing, not decreasing. today i lifted something that was about 4kg or so and later i have a feeling of pulling inside my tummy also the bleeding has increased. its not enough to cover my undies but its enough to cover the toilet paper. is this normal?
