Hi, I Had A Hysterectomy About 12 Years Ago. I

hi, i had a hysterectomy about 12 years ago. i took hormone replacements for the first two years, then stopped because i have also had 3 breast lumpectomies (all benign), and my father died from cancer, so, developing breat cancer was of concern to me. I believe there is a link between HRT's and breast cancer in women, and i thought i might be at greater risk of developing breast cancer, therefore, I stopped taking them. over the years, i have began losing weight. i eat, but not a whole lot. i can not finish an entire meal before feeling stuffed! i am 5'5" and weigh less than 110lbs. My skin is also ofter very dry. Would it be bemificial at this point to start taking OTC estrogen?

Sincerely,
Precious P.
