Hi I Had A M/c Three Weeks Ago Due To

hi i had a m/c three weeks ago due to a collaped sac,the babies were 6 weeks 5 days,i had the surgery done but i am currently still going true pregnancy symptoms,like vomittin every minute,spitting,my belly is growing,cant smell certain tings ect. i even took two more test and its still saying im pregnant. i know my hormones level may be high still but am i to be worried? as i said before.my stomach is even growin...should i be concerned? should i go back to the hospital?
