Hi I Had A Mitral Valve Repair Feb2015 No Problems

hi i had a mitral valve repair feb2015 no problems after except for breathing. I then got high blood pressure take pills everyday.lately chest pain by heart and dizzy even when i drive-comes on sudden. i exercise teach yoiga 6 hours a day very tired was changing clothes and it even happened could it be the valve again leaking thank you have a great weekend
