Hi I Had Been Under The Hospital For Skin Cancers

hi i had been under the hospital for skin cancers , i have been taking sertraline for about 2 years i have been having very itchy shins and my knees feel like on fire when im in bed , my docor at the hospital told me to go my gp and forget sertraline and take amitriptyline as it will ease my itchy legs , i also have neuro dermititus is this true ,will changing tabs help me ,,, ,, thankyou
