Hi.... I Had Medical Abortion At My 80days Pregnancy I

hi.... i had medical abortion at my 80days pregnancy i passed two large cloth and expirienced slight bleeding.... i dont sure if i already passed the fetus.....i inserted cytotec in my vagina..... can i go to Ob gyne to have an ultra sound???? i also want to ask if they can trace that i used cytotec???? im from the philippines and abortion is prohibited by law.... pls advice..
