Hi I Had Mole Taken Off My Lower Leg ..

hi i had mole taken off my lower leg .. was very 2 inches long melenima cancer .. 9 stiches and the skin was pulled very tight as not much extra to work with ... its now my 10th day and lots off redness around stiches every day a bit wider in refness .. no drainage and well cleaned and taken care of .. but the red is bright red under skin .. should i be worred about infection or is this normal healing . Thank you
