Hi I Had My Daughter Four Years Ago And Have

hi i had my daughter four years ago and have leaked milk or collostriam out of both breats until a couple weeks ago it kinda slacked off but now its doing it heavier again. I have started my cycle just today and am 6 days early on it. I have also noticed some of my stretch marks expanding. Could this mean Im possibly pregnant again?
