Hi, I Had Some Pain In My Index Finger Joint

hi, i had some pain in my index finger joint for my right hand.te ring is very tight for that finger so it became much pain for finger also .so i took of the ring. iwent near orthopedist he gave me Emanzen-D and RANTAC 150mg. I'm on breast feeding now for my 7months kid. is it safe and how do i use thee tablets before or after meals? doctor said me to use each tablet twice in a day. can you tell me how to take them before or after meals.thanks for help..
