Hi, I Had The Itch Problem Between Unal And Middle

hi, i had the itch problem between unal and middle backbone, on the butt line, this is happened because when i had periods started and working in busy hours i didn't get chance to to change and hygiene myself until 5-6 hours for three days and now i have to much itch that i cannot bare anymore i am using cortisone 10 intensive healing with antioxidants and chamomile, and used it just one time, its effecting for while then i feel itch again, i cannot afford to go to the doctor, but i checked with my 11 yrs old daughter and she said its red , i thought maybe there is hair that itched me that much.
