Hi. I Had Tweeked My Wrist (on The Outside Of

hi. i had tweeked my wrist (on the outside of my right hand) a while back playing golf (last hole in the pouring rain hacking it out of the rough). i thought it would go away, but lately I've been feeling it when doing some activities like painting, playing paddle ball, etc....it's an odd place....what do you suggest i do? i haven't gone for x-rays or anything yet
