Hi ,i Had Vixen Disease When I Was A Kid,and

hi ,i had vixen disease when i was a kid,and it left blad spots in front of my hair,so i had a hair transplant a year ago ,although i had hair growth but it wasn't as much as me or the doc expected and they ,so i used some natural oils and lately i used garlic with olive ,but i lost half of the hair that i transplanted and im regretting it now , im scared that the garlic damaged the hair follicule ,so i am asking if my hair will grow back again ?
