hi i have 2questions ...
can hashimotos cause elevated ANA titer? my screen came back positive homogenois pattern with titer of 1:640. it was checked bc of chronic fatigue and muscle aches
also, my thyroid hormone levels are all normal yet my thyroid antobodies remain elevated, specifically antithyroglobulin, does this mean i dont need medication? i was put on liothyronine before just because my t3 levels were low, and the medication causes muscle aches as does levothyroxine. so do i need treatment just for elevated antobodies?
