Hi I Have 4 Small Lumps Under My Left Ear,

hi i have 4 small lumps under my left ear, had one of them for a couple of months the others have just appeared, ive been for a scan on my lymph nodes and Dr says they look fine and just to keep a check on the lumps , he did take measurments but didnt explain wot they could be ?? thankyou
