Hi. I Have A Boyfriend Who Eyes Are Red And

hi. i have a boyfriend who eyes are red and brown. he does not do drugs. he get rest but not enough. BUT heres the scary part, he has a bubble line in his eyes and also little bubble bumps in his eyes as well and his pupils are not dilating like normal... please help me help my Boyfriend. he thinks he is fine but i told him for his eye pupils to not dilate thats not normal.
