Hi I Have A Brother That's 54 Yrs Of Age

hi i have a brother that's 54 yrs of age and he has a problem with his eyes , when he sleeps his upper eye lids turns inward and partly open and his bottom lids is red and the always watery and the tears run down his face .and he constantly wears shades . and its bothers me to see like that
