Hi, I Have A Burning, Stabbing Pain Just Above And

hi, i have a burning, stabbing pain just above and to the right of my belly button. it makes the skin feel like is has been burned. when i cough, or sneeze, or twist the wrong way, it feels like i am being stabbed with a hot poker. can you tell me what that might be?
