Hi I Have A Cat With Fleas. I Hug Her

hi i have a cat with fleas. i hug her alot and im scared ive swallowed a flea before i realized she had fleas. i dont think i would have done because i wouldve felt it in my mouth... i wouldve only swallowed one if at all.. how likely could i get worms
