Hi ,i Have A Chest Xray Last Day,an The Result

hi ,i have a chest xray last day,an the result is nodulohazy densities seen in both upper lobes,the heart is not enlarged,pulmonary vascular markings is within normal limits,both hemidiaphragms are sharp and distinct,the thoracic aorta is unremarkable,superior mediastinum is not widenes,trachea lies in the midline,osseous and soft tissue chest walls are unremarkable..can i ask what is these means?..
