Hi, I Have A Deviated Septum, And Have Had Many

hi, i have a deviated septum, and have had many sinus infections , but recently i am suffering from night cough, i have had the doc check my chest, she said it is clear, and she can not specifically diagnose a bacterial sinus infection, i am wondering what is causing this night cough ?
