Hi. I Have A Patch In My Scalp Which Is

hi. i have a patch in my scalp which is itchy, painful and flaky. It is so itchy that even though i try not to pick at it, but still end up doing so. i dont have any hair loss due to it but it is very embarassing as i seem to keep itching all the time and it makes it look like as if i have lice in my hair. it has been years since this problem started but it would somehow fade away. But this ones the longest im having and any shampoos i use seem like just increases dandruff in my hair and more itchiness all over on my scalp.
