Hi, I Have A Problem Of Cold (running Nose) Almost

hi, i have a problem of cold (running nose) almost everyday in the morning and its aggravate sometimes for full day.. it happens once in 2-3 weeks. I usually dont take medicines as it goes away in one day. what should i do as now i am fed up of this running nose and headaches everyday.
