Hi, I Have A Question. So On Monday And Tuesday

hi, i have a question. so on Monday and Tuesday my left arm had been numb (still movable just numb) then yesterday the numbness vanished and left really bad pain. i still feeling the pain today its mostly around my left shoulder blade and upper arm. ive been wearing a sling to keep it in a spot were it makes the pain lessen but only barely. any ideas?
