Hi, I Have A Small Circle Of Dry Skin On

hi, i have a small circle of dry skin on my leg. its been there for a few weeks and im not sure what it is. I googled it and it said that its a side effect of taking birth control, is that true? i need to be on the pill so i cannot get off of it but it says the only solution is to go off of it
