Hi I Have A Very Serious Question My Husband Have

hi i have a very serious question my husband have had blood in his stool for a few years and now in the last 6 or 7 months the bleeding has gotten a little worst its bright red it drips all down the toilet and floor he even have blood clots in the toilet now hes soiling his pants with some dirarreha at times, now starting last week he has a rotten sick odor that stays on him all the time you can smell it on him. please help me he wont go to the doctors.
