Hi, I Have A Warm Sensation In My Lower Abdomin,

hi, i have a warm sensation in my lower abdomin, below my bellbutton area. Ive been struggling with constipation for a while. ive been back and forth from my doctor. he gave me these lizness 290 pills. i didnt take them everyday, instead relying more on eating alot of fiber and drinking alot of water. I had a large blockage in my intenstinal track for a while, on my lower left side. i always felt bloated there, but recently that bloatage loosened and continued to towards where the warm sensation is. After having not as much of relief as i felt was healthy afterwards. i took 2 detrolex 2 nights ago. and after 8 hours of waiting it took effect and hit me hard. but since then ive been having this feeling. I went to the bathroom today naturally tho, without having to take any addition pills to help with such things. but since then. still nothing, and just the sensation. Can you offer me any insight into whats going on? Im 24, male.
