Hi I Have An Issue I Cant Get Resolved 2

hi i have an issue i cant get resolved 2 moths ago i had what seemed to be a heart attack all tests reveled it was not. after that day everyday for 1 month and 3 weeks my chest hurts my lungs hurt feels like a heavy pressure goes into the sides of my back when i take a deep breath my blood pressure would sky rocket time to time then i got antibiotics and prednisone i all went away 1 week later after feeling good for 2 weeks i recently woke with back pain made worse when breething discomfort in the middle of my cheast but doctors say my lungs are clear i dont have a caugh or mucas any ideas
