Hi I Have Anteriar Fibroid Of 3.2cm And My Period

hi i have anteriar fibroid of 3.2cm and my period is missed for 3 month i check every three month the result was nagative i feel fullness in stamoc and sometime dr gave mi tab for peroid but still peroid is not come and black redish decharged just spoting please tell me what i do and is there is chance to be pregnant
