Hi , I Have Bad Scalp Skin Coming Out Issues

hi , i have bad scalp skin coming out issues for 2,3 years tried home remedies worked sometime later returned . later went to dermatologist who said it was telogen effluvus . by just looking at scalp . i had hairfall so few patches are there . he prescriped zydip daily for 14 days did that noticed much improvement in scalp skin doesnt come off dandruff neither as it used to now he recommended zydip for alternate days two weeks ffor regrowning hair he referred finestred finpercia something tablet and minoxidil tropical hair for u solution . should i use zydip ? i definately dont want to use minoxidil reading and tablets after reading side effects of it what should i do kindly help . i am a 23 yr old male
