Hi I Have Been Experiencing Some Symptoms That Started A

hi i have been experiencing some symptoms that started a couple nights ago. i passed out when i got up in the middle of the night to get some water and was unconscious for about 2 minutes each time. now I'm nauseous, dizzy, tired and have a headache that hasn't gone away with normal pain meds.
