Hi I Have Been Feeling Tired For A Couple Of

hi i have been feeling tired for a couple of weeks. since Monday i have had bad heartburn and little zingers in my neck chest legs and arms. they only last a few seconds. today i have numbness like static electricity all over my body for the last two days just enough to be bothersome. i have not had normal bowel movements all week although have gone. no fever a few minor head short headaches and blood pressure is normal
