Hi, I Have Been Having Bouts Of Pain Attacks Lasting

hi, i have been having bouts of pain attacks lasting over 12 hrs on different body parts - arms, feet, wrist swelling. usually hits either upper body or feet. after the attacks im left with what feels like untivery muscle sore until the next attack. starts off like fatigue. taking lyrica x 6 a day but last nights attack seemed like tablets didnt work.
