Hi, I Have Been In London For 6 Years And

hi, i have been in London for 6 years and i haven't got any hair-fall but from since when i reached India in 2014 i was facing lots of hair-fall. I am not sure what was the reason behind it, is it because of climate change or something else. I used TREsemme shampoo and conditioner in London and i am using the same in India. I am using curd and methi powder for getting rid of dandruff, but still i am facing the same problem. Do i need to undertake any treatment or else go for any hard precautions, Can you please suggest me? Thank u
