Hi I Have Been Taking Vyvanse [ I Take This

hi i have been taking vyvanse [ i take this for controling my constaint eating ]for 3 years but 2 months ago i was having a little bit of blood in my urnie and having a lot of kideny pain,foggyness,nausesa, [i have a history of kidney infection] the blood in the urnie lasted for about 4 days . and i went to urgent care and told me i had kideny stones [they did a lab test on me] so they sented me to do a renal ultrasond and then they told me i had a kideny stone so they sented me to a epsicalist to check it out i waited one month so the doctor can see me when i went the did a ct scan and also a renal ultrasond and the doc told me that my unrie test was good and my kidenys where good but he said it could have goon away but i still fill pain in my kidenys ,have clody urnie and just today i stared having a little of blood in my urnie come out of my stool and private part what do i do can vyavanse cause blood in the unire .
