Hi. I Have Benign Heart Thickening.. Ekg And The Stress

hi. i have benign heart thickening.. ekg and the stress test was OK too.. but on holter there was extra beats at some points.. so now my doctor wants me to have defibrillator.. He says both problems are benign but the combination not good so I should have the defibrillator. Im 38 years old and been weight lifting with no problem so far .. whats your opinions on this? thank you
