Hi I Have Flap Of Skin Hanging Below My Vagina

hi i have flap of skin hanging below my vagina ,outisde near the perineum part ,it was from many years but just a tiny small thin flap ,but in last few days the size has been grown and it seems like swelled and when i am touching it there is kind of little pain and its irritating and i ma very worried what is it .
