Hi, I Have For Some Time Now Had Issues With

hi, i have for some time now had issues with constipation, and some rectal bleeding, even though it has been quite some time since i've found blood in my excrements, i still have issues (pardon my non-medical terms,) taking a dump, when i do so my rectum extends out about 1,5cm or so, i am slightly worried that this could give more serious health problems when i visit the restroom for nr.2 i spend aproxemtly 15-20 min and with only very little result. what could personally before visiting a doctor, i've read up on "prolapsed rectum" which sort of suits my condition, but not as extreme as explained on different sites.
