Hi I Have Had A Mri To Which It The

hi i have had a mri to which it the report says i have significant disc degeneration at L5/S1 & L4/5 area. he says i need to give consideration to changing my job as it is a very physical job & a job with less manual work & a change of lifestyle & has appointed me to a pain managment plan and if this is un sucsessful he will then see me to consider surgical options. my work will not have me back to work on light duties until i have seen there ocupational health & they contact the neurosurgeon who has wrote letter of his findings. is this work injury classed as a disability because if it is they only then have a duty of care to find me other work or make work adaptions to get me back to work.
